It can be done by giving a tax credit enabling job opportunities and also decreasing the regulations and red tapes so businesses will thrive better. Fair and equitable treatment for both small companies’ and large companies will result in happy citizens overall.
  2. Also, good education by proper funding and giving the teachers good salary will make the education places and schools happier place to work and thereby kids would be more willing to do hard work and do great jobs.
  3. Safety is a major issue as the world looks upon America is the safest country in the world. Our police force should be strong and should be well paid. The laws should be enforced properly toward crimes will curb criminal activity.
  4. Immigration laws should be enforced properly. America needs to help America first before helping any other country.
  5. Jain is prolife and will always support the life of the unborn child or any life in any form, that’s why she’s a vegetarian thus not believing in killing a life for food.
  6. Jain supports 2nd amendment and everyone has the right to protect themselves, but with mandatory proper safety training.
  7. Dr Jain has strong faith based beliefs and therefore supports freedom of religion. Dr. Jain herself is a Hindu and practices Jainism which is based on nonviolence and karma.
  8. Health care reform is urgently needed. Obama Care needs to be replaced and citizens should be able to chose the insurance plan. There should be Govt. operated hospitals where anyone should be able to be treated. Medicaid funding would be automatically reduced.

Dr. Usha Jain who is a medical director of Emergicare Medical Center and strongly advocate life learning which is a great thing. Dr. Jain committed herself with life long learning:

First Medicine which includes three board certifications; Emergency Medicine, Antiaging and Pediatrics.

2nd Legal knowledge acuired through Google which helped Dr. Jain in voicing against the wrong doings and brought justice on  the table.

3rd Politics which is new subject for Dr. Jain but Dr. Jain is determined to stop the corruption related to contributions to the politicians. Politics is not that difficult when you are trying to help the constituents genuinely and honestly. Moreover, legislative changes should be to help the working citizens and not just the big companines.

  1.  You’ve said you got into the race because of all the litigation you’ve had to fight off. What’s your plan regarding liability reform?

Liability reforms should have a limit and a cap on any issues. Awards of millions of dollars is filling the pocket of attorneys. There should be a reasonable and customary fee for an attorney.  FEE DRIVEN SUITS NEEDS TO COME TO END.

2.       You’ve practiced medicine for more than 30 years and you and your husband have a hotel. What have they taught you that would help you as a lawmaker?

We bought the hotel for my husband’s family many years ago but they did not like it here so they all left about 15 years ago. We are taking care of it till we are able to sell it. I learned from the experience of the hotel in Orlando that laws do not help the business owners. Police are letting criminals get away with the crime because they get unnecessary Civil Right Law Suits from the attorneys.

3.       Why don’t you take any campaign contributions?

If I take contribution then I would have to do favors and this way I am not beholden by anyone. Also, I do not want to take any obligation from the people.  Contributions is the indirect cause of corruption.

4.       Please tell us about your ethnic background as an Indian immigrant, and your faith, and what you say to any voters who might be uncomfortable about it.

I am a legal immigrant from India and I got married to my husband who has double engineering degree. He came to India in 1973 to get married. I have just finished by medical schools and my family and I thought, he would be the right fit for us.  My father was an attorney who was knwn for his honesty all over in the town. He never lost a case because he would sign up only if he felt that the person was honest. Even judges knew that if my father signed up with the case then it would be the winner. My father died  in an accident when I was only 16 years old.

My mom was a very strong religious lady who believed in nonviolence and karma. My foundation is based on nonviolence and karma. I do not believe in obligations from anybody.

If people think that I am an Indian and I do not need to be there then I am totally fine with that because I am already blessed to have a wonderful job to treat and help the people all day. I totally understand, it is America and what is good for America needs to be done. Sooner or later these people realize that Dr. Jain is a hard worker and believe in God and America.  Dr. Jain is about the sacrifice for the people even she is Indian.

5.       You seem to have more fun than anyone else at political events. How do you stay so loose?

I am running to make a difference. I consider this is my mission and I am happy to dress up in red, white and blue and feel dignified to be there. I cherish those moments as I have never dreamed to go there. I feel excited and honored to sit with othe candidates.

Also, I have fun becaue I do not need this job. This is to help the people so if they want to chose the people who raises the most money, it is the people’s choice.

6.       You’ve acknowledge on occasion that you’re not fully informed on issues such as the controversial education bill, House Bill 7069. Why should voters have confidence you’ll be prepared for such complex matters once you’re in office?

I am not fully informed because I am not in that field. I am a physician who is a life long learner.

If I can defend the claim and file a suit against attoneys for their wrong doings and win the claim, then I can do politics as well.  Learn about the reforms and agenda and use a common sense in legislation to help the citizens is no difficult. If I am successful in medical field and lega filed it is not difficult to do the right and clean politics for the people.

Dr. Usha Jain is a medical director of Emergicare Medical Center for 32 years.  Dr. Jain worked at number 1 trauma center for 6 years prior to that and served the patients of Orlando for their emergency needs.

In last three years Dr. Jain experienced some injustice and frivolous claims for her properties where she had to dedicate many diligent hours to defend the claims. Dr. Jain was determined not to settle the frivolous claims and continued to fight for truth, honesty and principles because she believed in America where justice should happen.

Dr. Jain’s  experience opened her eyes and now Dr. Jain truly wants to sacrifice her time and help the people so they do not lose businesses and be treated fairly.

Dr. Jain’s experience for legal work involves extensive work for the following:

  1.  Defended claim of her husband’s hotel for Wage and hour in the Federal Court herself and made the opposite party drop the claim in 2014…….paid $0.00
  2. Defended claim of her husband’s hotel in Clermont for Wage and hour in the Federal Court herself and made the opposite party drop the claim in 2017………paid $0.00 to Morgan and Morgan
  3. Defended Yellow Pages claim and made them drop the claim also.
  4. Defended unwarranted claim of homeowners of Isleworth and also made them drop the claim.
  5. Defendant unwarranted claim of the code officers for her grand fathered in electronic sign and the claim was withdrawn after nine weeks of intense work of learning the statutes in 2015.
  6. Defended claim from attorney of Health Department (Rick Strong) of her hotel in Clermont for unwarranted fine for sewage leak. Struggled with that claim for one year  but at the end the chied of the department dropped all the fines as it was done wrongfully.
  7. Defended another claim of Rick Strong who was powered by ego and complained about Dr. Jain for challanging the fine. For this complaint which actually amounts to perjury, Rick Strong was dismissed involuntarily for his nonsensical complaint.
  8. Dr. Jain has had another claim from Bay Hill Home Owners which also is being faught off.
  9. Dr. Jain also got award on the claim where her own attorney did everything wrong for the hotel claim and then she had to represent herself.
  10. Dr. Jain is currently fighting another faudulent acts of attorney of Isleworth which is not easy but Dr. Jain is determined to face all the intimidation and reach her goal.
  11. Dr. Jain is fighting anothe rclaim of NICA where Attorney Brewton corruptly cashed out $6500.00 dollars from the contribution related corruption of Judge John Layne Smith. Corruption of Judge John L. Smith in Tallahassee. How horrible that Judge Smith gave Mr. Brewton reward of unjustified $6500.00 dollars.
